TWO Consult is a management consultancy firm whose competences are centered on the management of Quality and Progress supported by technology. It offers both the management expertise and the software tools to help companies to implement the co-operative processes related to quality and management by processes. Its customers are located mainly in France, Belgium and Switzerland.
Its main areas of expertise and services include :

management consulting to support improvement projects : process description and analysis, management systems design, process automation through document workflows, performance indicators and dashboards, operational risk management, etc ;

design, implementation and support of the IQUAL family tools which cover a whole set of management systems related functionalities : process modeling, document management, workflows for non conformances and improvement actions, risk management, dashboards, etc.
Besides contributing to the TOBflow project, TWO Consult proposes :-
IQUAL/Domino which is based on the solid IBM Lotus Domino platform to manage large number of documents and workflow instances in multiple site environments ;

IQUAL/TOBProcess for the modeling and analysis of processes and activities with an Excel-like interface in a .Net environment.
TWO Consult has brought its thorough experience in workflows into the TOBFlow project. It has also developed a TobFlow frontend which comprehensive and user friendly modelling functionalities to allow users to quickly design objects without specific technical background.
