User Interface

TobFlow supports enterprise data flows through a friendly interface which is made of a menu and document forms (see details in screenshots).

Menu

The user has 3 sections at one's disposal to access documents :

  • Can Do list : documents he can create to start a workflow,

  • To Do list : documents he has to work on in the course of a workflow,

  • Dashboard of views : lists showing the content of particular document fields, to select a document.

Forms

TobFlow's forms description offers a great deal of possibilities, as many components are available to display associated data. Each field can be defined in read or write access mode.

Here is a non exhaustive list of components :

  • Tabs and blocks
  • All usual web form components : InputText, TextArea, Checkbox, Radio Button, Hidden Field, etc.
  • Numeric fields
  • Date selector
  • Attached File selector
  • Selector of instance of other workflow objects
  • Tree selector
  • ...

Tobflow also offers a validation system to check if fields have been correctly input before letting the workflow engine go to the next step.
